Return and Exchange Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Regarding made-to-order products

All our products are made to order (printed on demand).
Since production begins after an order is placed, each item is made just for you.

Return and exchange conditions

As this is a made-to-order product, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

We only accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

  • If the product has an obvious manufacturing defect
    • Quality issues such as misaligned printing, blurred print, uneven color, etc.
    • Poor stitching or material defects
  • If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered
    • If the design, size, or color differs from what was ordered
  • If the product is damaged during delivery

If we cannot accept returns or exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (wrong size, different from what you expected, etc.)
  • If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
  • If the customer has used or washed the product
  • If the product tags or labels have been removed
  • Due to the nature of made-to-order production, all products are excluded (except in special circumstances).

Return and exchange procedures

  1. Please contact us by email (info@orangetabby-cat.com) within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Please provide the following information:
    • Name
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Problem description (photos recommended)
  3. We will contact you to let you know if a return or exchange is possible and the procedure.
  4. After approval, please return the product using the specified method.

Return shipping fees

  • Returns and exchanges at our discretion : Shipping costs will be borne by our store.
  • Returns due to customer convenience : Generally, we do not accept returns, but if there are special circumstances, please contact us (shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).

Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we will refund you using the same payment method as when you made your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your item.

About exchanges

If an exchange is required due to a manufacturing defect, a new product will be manufactured.
Since these products are made to order, it will take approximately 7-14 business days for your replacement product to be delivered.

Due to the nature of made-to-order products, returns and exchanges are limited. Please check the following before ordering:

  • Please check the product images and size chart carefully.
  • If you have any questions, please contact us in advance
  • Actual colors may differ depending on your monitor settings

We work in partnership with Printful and manufacture under strict quality control.
If there is any quality problem, we will take responsibility and deal with it.
